RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase!  We strive to provide excellent products that your dogs love and you are happy with. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please click here to reach out to us right away. We will respond within 24 hours to provide assistance.

If we are unable to resolve your issue, we provide a Money Back Guarantee. We want your dogs healthy and happy, and you satisfied with our products.  We offer returnless refunds - if you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer support at hello@brutusandbarnaby.com. If we are unable to resolve the issue with support, we'll issue you a refund, no questions asked.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

RETURNS

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we are more than happy to send you the correct item immediately, or provide you with your money back.

Please note, we do not provide return shipping, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

When returning a product, please email customer service at hello@brutusandbarnaby.com to notify us of your return.

 

EXCHANGES

If you want an exchange and send your product back, please allow at least 7 days from our receipt of your item to process. We will then send you a replacement product.
